Goods purchased at VEZAVENA online store are sent by DHL Express Worldwide. Orders in Spain are generally delivered between 1–2 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent, whereas international orders are delivered between 2–4 business days approximately from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability and/or customs delays. During our sales period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm CET. Orders made outside these hours are processed the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or Spanish public holidays.
Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped. You can track and trace your order through dhl.com
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation, so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming payment.
For orders placed outside the European Union, VEZAVENA does not cover applicable duties and customs fees. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.
We offer complimentary express shipping with all Spanish orders over 200 EUR, 400 EUR in Europe, and 600 EUR worldwide.
