Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.vezavena.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. 

Vezavena has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our studio for a refund or exchange. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. In the event of a second return, the refund will never include the return shipping costs (we will discount the return shipment costs in the refund).

Any claim regarding the delivery of product(s) must be submitted in 15 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

All ARCHIVE SALE items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, no exceptions. All merchandise is sold as is.

As for international orders, the refund will never include the return shipping costs (we will discount the return shipment costs in the refund). If you are interested in a different colour, size or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at vezavena.com.

Europe > 15.00 EUR

World > 30.00 EUR
